The Contractors, Closers & Connections (CCC) of New York City’s Executive Leadership Team is proud to announce our Chapter Launch Event “Bourbon & Blazers” at The Rooftop Terrace of The Ainsworth on Thursday, August 24th from 5:00 to 9:00 PM!

CCC New York City represents our 10th officially-recognized region of influence across the United States, and is the fastest-growing Private Events forum for Commercial Real Estate & Construction Professionals in the nation.

Christopher Maier, President & Founder of the CCC, will be flying in to kick this evening engagement off in proper fashion, and will be aiming to connect esteemed patrons of this inaugural event with not only his Atlanta Leadership Team, but also to any Chapter City across the US where the CCC has representation.

Our featured special guest speaker will be Bob Knakal, Head of JLL’s Private Capital Group, and he will be presenting on the topic of Business Entrepreneurship In The Commercial Real Estate Industry.

This will be an intimate event (125-150 guests) specifically catered toward the Commercial Real Estate Development, Investment, Brokerage & Management communities. Our intent is to ensure an incredibly-diverse and high-quality balance of industry partners are united into a singular relationship-building forum.

Invitations will be sent out to building owners, debt lenders, attorneys, equity providers, elected officials, economic development directors, community improvement districts, real estate brokers, property management firms, CPAs, owner’s representatives, consultants, acquisitions managers, development directors, architecture firms, and local entrepreneurs.

(1) drink ticket & complimentary appetizers will be included with registration.  Dress code is business casual.

A portion of ticket proceeds will go to benefit New York Edge, a local 501c3 Charity in NYC.
