Contractors, Closers & Connections (CCC) of New York City in partnership with Deal Flow Xchange (DFX) is excited to announce our 2025 Season Premiere private event “Equity Multiple” at Oasis @ 437 Madison Avenue on Thursday, April 17th from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM!

437 Madison Ave is a prized trophy property occupying the entire eastern block of Madison Avenue from 49th to 50th Street, and rising forty stories in the heart of Manhattan’s most prestigious neighborhood, the Plaza District. 

This will be an intimate event specifically catered toward the elite professionals serving the Commercial Real Estate Development, Investment, Brokerage & Management communities.
