CCC NYC PRESENTS “IRR’S AT ROCKEFELLER” A PRIVATE EVENT FOR THE WHO’S WHO OF THE COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY

The Contractors, Closers & Connections (CCC) of New York City’s Executive Leadership Team is excited to announce “IRR’s At Rockefeller” at Industrious Rockefeller Center on Thursday, March 28th from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM!

We’ve partnered with Jafri Journal, Val-Add Real Estate Partners & GreenStreet Global, Inc. for our 2024 Season Premiere for our most prolific Private Event yet in the Big Apple!

Scott Barone, Founder of Barone Management, will be delving into a discussion on “How To Navigate The Political Landscape of the Commercial Real Estate Industry.”

Shahid Jafri, Principal at Jafri Capital, will be delineating the benefits of following the nationally-recognized Jafri Journal with over 30,000 loyal subscribers to their email newsletters.

Matt Picheny, author of “Backstage Guide To Real Estate” will be signing copies of his best-seller during the live event.

GauRav Khanna, Principal at Val-Add Real Estate Partners, will be presenting upon “How To Identify Hidden Value Of Commercial Real Estate Assets.”

Robert Politzer, CEO of GreenStreet Global will be educating our esteemed patrons on “How To Turn Building Decarbonization Liabilities Into Value-Add Opportunities.”

This will be an intimate event (+-150 guests) specifically catered toward the Commercial Real Estate Development, Investment, Brokerage & Management communities. Our intent is to ensure an incredibly-diverse and high-quality balance of industry partners are united into a singular relationship-building forum.

Invitations will be sent out to building owners, real estate developers, landlords, debt lenders, attorneys, equity providers, elected officials, real estate brokers, property managers, CPAs, owner’s representatives, consultants, acquisitions managers, development directors, architecture firms, and local entrepreneurs.

Open bar service & complimentary appetizers will be included with registration. Dress code is business casual.

A portion of ticket proceeds will go to benefit Smiles Through Cars, a local 501c3 charity in New York City.
