Jake Movsovitz is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Sollevare Group, a private real estate investment firm focused on acquiring, repositioning, and developing distinctive mixed-use and multifamily properties in New York. Prior to co-founding Sollevare, Jake helped manage a $2.5+ billion fund at Blackstone and has contributed to more than $500 million in CRE transactions throughout his career.
